This is kinda nice. Somehow Mastodon reminds me of the web in the early 2000's, it has this homegrown vibe to it that I've really missed. The weird domain names, no advertising, and the lack of algorithm pushiness encourages discovery.
That being said, the word fediverse? EW.

We should come up with something else. A term so obvious that everyone would instantly adopt it.
